Kobe Bryant: Nike Zoom Kobe VI “Cool Grey”

Nike Zoom Kobe VI "Cool Grey"

This one was bound to happen. The Nike Zoom Kobe VI “Cool Grey” sees a likely paring of the Black Mamba’s sixth signature and the “it” colorway of 2010. Cool grey covers the snake inspired upper, tongue, and laces. White works as the solo accent touching the branding, Kobe logo, and midsole. Release information is scarce with a summer drop assumed. New Food Sprinkle Convinces the Brain to Stop Over-Eating

A California company has recently launched an interesting new product which may signal a major breakthrough in weight loss. The company, SENSA, came up with an innovative way to convince the brain to stop overeating.

Over a six month period, 1,436 women and men sprinkled flavorless "Tastant" crystals on everything they ate, and lost an average of 30.5 pounds; nearly 15 percent of their total body weight. Participants achieved these results without having to follow any special exercise regime or diet. Best of all, because it is tasteless, odorless, contains no stimulants, and doesn't directly interact with the digestive system, there are no unpleasant side-effects. None of the horror stories associated with "fat-blockers" or stimulant based weight loss systems.

According to Dr Hirsch, "With SENSA, you can eat all the foods that satisfy your senses and you don't have to deal with any intense food cravings or feelings of starvation. SENSA merely helps you eat less of the foods you love and gain greater satisfaction from smaller portions."

New TV Series 'Single Ladies' Starring Stacey Dash, LisaRaye

Producers for Queen Latifah's TV show "Single Ladies" have revealed details about the upcoming scripted series, which stars Stacey Dash, LisaRaye McCoy and Charity Shea.

"Single Ladies," which will air on
VH1, is the network's first, scripted-hour long series to ever air.

The comedic drama, which is being executive produced by Queen Latifah and her business partner Shakim Compere, revolves around three best friends, who live in Atlanta.

Val (Stacy Dash) is a rising fashion mogul, who seeks a true partner. Her friend Keisha (LisaRaye) is a former video dancer, who believes in making her own money and choosing her man with her head and not her heart. Their friend April (Charity Shea) appears to be married to the "perfect" man with the "perfect" marriage, but things aren't really what they seem.

The cast is rounded out by Christina "Kassandra Clementi), who is a free-spirited, wild-child, fashion intern.

"My partner Shakim Compere and I are excited our production company Flavor Unit is working with VH1 on their first venture into the hour-long scripted series genre," Queen Latifah said. "'Single Ladies' is a sexy and smart show…something that we feel TV has been missing for far too long and we knew VH1 was the perfect home for it."

VH1 ordered 10 episodes of the one-hour series, which will premiere on May 30th at 9:00 PM. The show will then air regularly on Mondays, starting on June 6th at 9:00PM.

Bryan "Birdman" Williams Cops $8.7 Million Maybach

(AllHipHop News) Cash Money Records' CEO Bryan "Birdman" Williams may own the most expensive car ever bought in the history of Hip-Hop, if his tweets are to be considered accurate. The rap mogul, who has an estimated net worth of over $100 million dollars, is known for his love of expensive cars. But he has apparently outdone himself with the purchase of a one-of-a-kind, $8 million dollar Maybach Exelero.

According to reports, the two-seater was originally a high-profile demonstrator commissioned by tiremaking giant Fulda. The Exelero, which has a V12 bi-turbo engine, can reach speeds in excess of 217 mph. Check out the car below.

According to Birdman's Twitter, he is currently having the car painted red.

In August of 2010, Williams copped a red Bugatti Veyron worth $2 million dollars.

Stars at theTime 100 Gala

Mark Wahlberg,
After making Time magazine's list of the 100 most influential people in the world, Mark Wahlberg attended the black tie Time 100 Gala at New York's Lincoln Center.

Amy Poehler
Former "Saturday Night Live" castmember and current "Parks and Recreation" star Amy Poehler also made the list. And as expected, the funny lady had a witty quip about the honor: “I have so much influence. I am lousy with influence, " she was quoted as saying. "If you shook my hand tonight you may not want to drive home because you may be pulled over for a DUI.”

Kerry Washington got glamorous on the red carpet. "Inspiring night. Thank you TIME!" the actress tweeted at the end of night.

LaLa Vazquez posed with her hubby, NBA star Carmelo Anthony. LaLa was impressed by the evening's entertainment, tweeting from the party: "Bruno Mars killing it on stage!!!"

NASA Proposes Space-Based Fuel Depot Demonstration Mission

NASA is issuing a request for a proposal for a $200 to $300 million mission to demonstrate the deployment, storage, and eventual transfer of fuel in outer space to space craft headed to destinations such as the Moon or Mars. The technology demonstration mission should prove the following, according to an article in Network World:

"demonstrate long duration, in-space storage of liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen cryogenic propellants.
"demonstrate in-space transfer of liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen cryogenic propellants.
"demonstrate approach for zero boil-off storage of liquid oxygen in microgravity.
"demonstrate approach for acquisition and bubble-free flow of liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen in microgravity.
"demonstrate approach for leak detection of liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen in microgravity.
"demonstrate approach for flow measurement of liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen in microgravity."

The idea behind this mission is an approach to deep space travel that does not involve a space craft carrying the fuel it needs for a voyage all the way from Earth. Instead the space craft would dock with a fuel depot, either in low Earth orbit or at one of the Lagrange points between the Earth and the Moon, top off, and proceed on its way. Funding for the technology demonstrator, considering the budget deficit crisis and congressional desire for a heavy lift launch vehicle, is currently uncertain at best.

Age of America Nears End

For the first time, the international organization has set a date for the moment when the "Age of America" will end and the U.S. economy will be overtaken by that of China. According to the latest IMF official forecasts, China's economy will surpass that of America in real terms in 2016 — just five years from now.

It provides a painful context for the budget wrangling taking place in Washington right now. It raises enormous questions about what the international security system is going to look like in just a handful of years. And it casts a deepening cloud over both the U.S. dollar and the giant Treasury market.

According to the IMF forecast, which was quietly posted on the Fund's website just two weeks ago, whoever is elected U.S. president next year — Obama? Mitt Romney? Donald Trump? — will be the last to preside over the world's largest economy.
