DiCaprio Looks at JFK

Warner Bros. Pictures and producer/star Leonardo DiCaprio are looking to commiserate the 50th anniversary of John F. Kennedy's assassination, with Variety reporting the studio has grabbed the rights to Legacy of Secrecy.
The book written by Lamar Waldron and Thom Hartmann looks back at the president and his fall utilizing extensive notes and accounts from the National Archives as well as other sources. DiCaprio will produce via his shingle Appian Way alongside his father George while the company's Earl Katz will executive produce. Warner Bros. hopes to have it in theaters by the fall of 2013.

The book is described to tell the full story of JFK's murder and the tragic results of the cover-ups that followed, as revealed by two dozen associates of John and Robert Kennedy, backed by thousands of files at the National Archives. The result of twenty years of research, it finally tells the full story long withheld from Congress and the American people. Mania.com
