Flav is the first person to give hip-hop a permanent residency on the Las Vegas strip. Las Vegas hosts over 37 million tourists each year and 11% of these people are minorities. There is no direct competition for a hip-hop centered establishment on the strip so this is a huge win for people looking to capitalize on the forgotten minority dollar. We'l see ho long this lasts!!!
Apparently Flav's original business partner is not happy that Flav went and allegedly cut him out of the deal with a new Las Vegas venture called House of Flavors. TMZ
