The world's largest atom smasher, designed as a portal to a new view of physics, has produced its first peek at the unexpected: bits of matter that don't mirror the behavior of their antimatter counterparts. The discovery, if confirmed, could rewrite the known laws of particle physics and help explain why our universe is made mostly of matter and not antimatter.

Scientists at the Large Hadron Collider, the 17-mile (27 km) circular particle accelerator underground near Geneva, Switzerland, have been colliding protons at high speeds to create explosions of energy. From this energy many subatomic particles are produced. Now researchers at the accelerator's LHCb experiment are reporting that some matter particles produced inside the machine appear to be behaving differently from their antimatter counterparts, which might provide a partial explanation to the mystery of antimatter. Trey Songz Sued Over “YUUP” Catchphrase

(AllHipHop News) R&B singer Trey Songz is going after a reality show star he has accused of stealing his signature “YUUP” catchphrase. 

Trey’s lawyer sent a cease and desist letter to Dave “The Mogul” Hester of “Storage Wars,” claiming that his usage of the phrase during the show’s auction segments. As a result, Hester filed a lawsuit against Trey Songz in Manhattan Federal Court, claiming there’s a distinct difference in their usage of the term “YUUP.”
According to The New York Post, Hester’s lawsuit claims Trey Songz’ catchphrase resembles an “animal-like or non-human squeal which begins with a distinct ‘yeeee’ sound before finishing with a squeal-like ‘uuuup’ sound.”

The mag says Kardashian is fed up with Humphries acting single and partying when she's out of town, and she's now finally realizing "he never really loved her."

Star reveals that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith were "faking" a split a few months ago as "a publicity ruse intended to breathe new life in Jada's show, HawthoRNe." According to Star, the couple also floated the split rumors because Jada felt she and her husband are considered "too family-friendly" and "too boring."

OK! reveals that Ryan Reynolds "dumped" Sandra Bullock for Blake Lively, and now "Sandra is crushed... very hurt." According to the mag, as if it weren't bad enough that their relationship ended, Reynolds' romance with the much younger Lively has been "another soul-crushing blow" to Bullock.

In an article titled, "Rob & Kristen Talk Marriage," the magazine reports that Pattinson and Stewart "can't stand being apart," and are "ready to commit." Ummm didn't this happen already in the movie. lol.

Outlets are reporting that Bieber was spotted kissing Lemos in a hotel suite, and telling her, “You are very pretty.” Big deal, lets move on shall we.

Xbox Next May Arrive for Holiday 2013

Microsoft may be readying its third-generation Xbox for the holiday 2013 season. Manufacturers involved in the project expect the next generation game console to be unveiled at E3 2013, according to a report from the gaming-focused news site Develop.

It's been a long wait — as many as eight years since the launch of Xbox 360, which caused a frenzy among gamers hoping to buy the one or two units available daily at retailers such as Walmart and the now-defunct Circuit City. After six years of strong sales, Xbox 360 unit sales slowed in the quarter ending Sept. 30. Microsoft shipped 2.3 million units compared with 2.8 million during the same period last year. The gap between consoles has been punctuated by Microsoft's introduction of Kincect , an add-on for Xbox players that uses the body as a controller. Most recently, Microsoft has added TV streaming to its Xbox Live service as it continues to position the console as the center for family entertainment. 

Microsoft has yet to issue a formal statement regarding Xbox Next. “The collection of data points to a 2013 launch for the system across all main regions, though early 2014 remains a possibility,” Develop concluded on its site. Tech News Daily
