Top Shots of the Week

Paris Hilton

Also giving back? Paris and Nicky Hilton, who served up shepherd's pie at a homeless shelter in Los Angeles Thursday. After doing her good deed for the day, Paris tweeted: "Spent all day with the kids downtown at The Rescue Mission Shelter. We cooked food for them and brought them tons of candy... We carved pumpkins and made fun art projects. All the kids had such a great time. It made me so happy to see them so happy! Love them. :)"

Lady Gaga

Sporting one of her usual fabulously eccentric outfits, Lady Gaga was spotted leaving The Westbourne in London Thursday. While she was inside sampling the pub fare, the "Paparazzi" singer took pity on the photogs outside, and sent out milk and cookies for them to snack on while they waited!

Sarah Jessica Parker got political Monday, lending her support to First Lady Michelle Obama and her "partner in crime," Jill Biden at a Democratic National Committee fundraiser in New York. SJP was emcee of the night, which raised $1 million for the Democratic party.

Vanessa Hudgens,
Taking time off from filming "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” in Hawaii with co-star Josh Hutcherson, Vanessa Hudgens hit the waves at Waikiki Beach with friends and family for a surf lesson in the sun.

Isaiah Mustafa

Also enjoying a beach getaway? The "Old Spice" guy Isaiah Mustafa, who had a few handy helpers hold up his surfboard at Bondi Beach in Sydney, Australia.

Mariah Carey and her hubby Nick Cannon got into the Christmas spirit (in October!) at a listening party for Carey's new holiday album Merry Christmas II You in New York Wednesday. The album's first single, "Oh Santa!," debuted at No. 1 on Billboard's new Holiday Digital Songs chart -- just one position above her Xmas classic "All I Want for Christmas Is You."

Guy Ritchie, Jude Law

The boys are back in town! Reunited to shoot the sequel to their hit film "Sherlock Holmes," Robert Downey Jr., director Guy Ritchie, and Jude Law hooked up to attend the Ultimate Fighting Championship fight night in London over the weekend. Tough stuff!

James Franco                                                                                                                             Though he's not exactly getting positive reviews for his debut writing effort, multi-talented star James Franco was all smiles at a book signing for his collection of short stories, Palo Alto, in New York City Wednesday. I guess he's always got acting to fall back on!
