T.I. will stand before Judge Charles Pannell Jr. on October 15, to try and answer the drug possession charges, after he and his wife Tameka "Tiny" Cottle were caught with ecstasy on September 1st.

In addition to being in possession of ecstasy ,the rapper failed a drug test taken after his arrest.
Additionally T.I. was in the company of a convicted felon, which could also violate the terms of his probation.
T.I., born Clifford Harris Jr., could be sent back to prison for up to three years for violating his probation, for attempting to purchase machine guns and silencers in October of 2007, prior to the BET Hip-Hop
