According to TMZ, Chad Ochocinco proposed to his girlfriend of four months, Evelyn Lozada, on Tuesday with a 10-carat engagement ring. Lozada is a self-proclaimed "entrepreneur personality" and, according to her website, "was born in Brooklyn, raised in the boogie-down Bronx and is always in a New York state of mind." Her claim to fame is that she was once engaged to former NBA All-Star Antoine Walker and managed to parlay that relationship into a spot on the reality television show "Basketball Wives."
