With Walt Disney relinquishing the rights to The Chronicles of Narnia saga after “Prince Caspian” failed to meet their expectations back in 2008, 20th Century Fox and Walden Media teamed up for The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. Produced on a budget of $155 million, the film did premiere in 1st place over the weekend but it wasn’t exactly a spectacular debut for a 3D feature film.
