Vince Vaughn can be your landlord for $8,000 a month
No, the property in question isn't Vince Vaughn's $12-million penthouse in the Palmolive Building. He, of course, keeps that place for himself. The prince of deadpan (sorry, Bill Murray is still king) is renting out his 4,063-square-foot River North townhouse for $8,000 per month. For that hefty sum you get three bedrooms, three and two half baths, a home theater, a roof deck, and a three-car garage. According to the Trib, Vaughn paid $1.4 million for the home when it was new in 2005. Last year, he rented the same place out for $7,000 a month, after originally listing it for $7,800. The home will be available July 1. Curbed Chicago
